AdminPlus Master Schedule Builder

Join us for our in-depth online workshop, designed to train you on the use of our Super Deluxe Schedule Builder in AdminPlus Classic. The Master Schedule Building (MSB) Workshop lasts for four days. The first training day is an optional schedule building preparation session. The second, third and fourth training days are for the main Master Schedule Building sessions.

Please note, course requests (this includes any course, even if it's not "requested") are required to start the scheduling process. Please let us know in the registration form how your school collects your course requests - manually or through the PlusPortals.

About the Sessions:

DAY 1
PREP

Schedule Building Prep (Optional)

The Schedule Building Prep session will be geared toward first-time builders, although everyone is welcome. The session will be at a slower pace allowing time for questions and hands-on interaction!

Day 1 of the Workshop

Choose either the morning or afternoon session:

  1. Morning (9:00 am - 12:00 pm ET)
  2. Afternoon ( 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm ET)

  • Basics of preparing your school’s data to build a schedule
  • Rotations (bell schedule) as built-in AdminPlus
  • Reviewing Master Course List
  • Course Requests

Master Schedule Building (Session 1)

This is the first of three sessions for our Master Schedule Building Training Workshop. We will review schedule building preparation tasks and then jump right into the Super Deluxe Schedule Builder.

Day 2 of the Workshop

Topics covered:

  • Introductions - Share the type of schedule used by your school
  • Discussion of types of schedules/rotations
  • Review of Schedule Building Prep
  • Set up Super Deluxe Schedule Builder (Universal Spec Screen and menu items #1-4)

Master Schedule Building (Session 2)

This is the second of three sessions for our Master Schedule Building Training Workshop and will continue where we left off in Session 1

Day 3 of the Workshop

Topics covered:

  • Introductions - Share the type of schedule used by your school
  • Discussion of types of schedules/rotations
  • Review of Schedule Building Prep
  • Set up Super Deluxe Schedule Builder (Universal Spec Screen and menu items #1-4)
DAY 4
MSB

Master Schedule Building (Session 3)

This is the third and final session for our Master Schedule Building Training Workshop. We will continue where we left off in Session 2 and make our way to the "final build" step.

Day 4 of the Workshop

Topics covered:

  • Learn how to finalize the final build and perform scheduling
  • Learn the reports available in AdminPlus
  • Learn to adjust individual student schedules in AdminPlus
